Henry’s Drive Vignerons offers
premium red and white, sparkling and table wines from the Padthaway region of South Australia.

Orders

Henry’s Drive Vignerons will only accept online orders from customers with delivery addresses within Australia. All prices listed are quote in Australian dollars AUD$ and all orders will be processed in Australian dollars AUD$.

All sales enquiries for wine sales to export markets should be directed to kim@henrysdrive.com; or see distributor/importer contact details on website.

Delivery Policy

All orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days from date of purchase. Deliveries can only be made to Australian residential and business address – no international orders will be processed.

Recipient not home

If the recipient is not home when your delivery is made, the following will occur depending upon circumstance & the service being used.

  • The delivery will be left on the doorstep unless we are requested not to do so.
  • If the location is considered unsafe by our courier, a calling card will be left at the door or in the letterbox asking them to call the courier to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or pick up from the local post office. The timing for re-delivery will also be affected with some orders not able to be redelivered until the following day.
  • Note: In most circumstances we will leave the delivery at the door unless we have been instructed not to do so. We guarantee delivery of our products to the door. Please provide specific instructions regarding delivery alternatives if this condition is not likely to be suitable. Unfortunately we can take no further responsibility for your order once it has been delivered to the door.

 

Returned Goods and Refund policy

Should a wine you receive as part of an order from Henry’s Drive Vignerons contain a fault – the said product/s should be returned directly to the winery with remaining wine left in the bottle for analysis. A replacement bottle will be sent to the customer upon receipt of the faulty wine- no monetary refund will be offered.

 Please Note: no refunds are offered if customers simply change their mind about the wine product purchased.

Henry’s Drive Vignerons is committed to protecting your privacy. The information that we collect is only used to facilitate your transactions on our site and to enhance your overall
experience with us.

 We do not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website.

 Will Henry’s Drive disclose the information it collects to third parties

No, and if in the future Henry’s Drive Vignerons decides to link with other services that we believe you would be interested in we will ask permission of you before going forward with
trustworthy third parties. If you choose to take advantage of these services, we will need your specific approval to share the personal information you have supplied to us with those third parties.

 What information do we collect and how do we use it? When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

 How does Henry’s Drive Vignerons protect customer information? When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

 Credit Card Details All credit card payments are processed securely through the eGate Payment Gateway and ANZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. Henry’s Drive Vignerons does not store any credit card information on our servers.

Our payment options presently available are limited but, most importantly, safe and secure. We offer Credit Card payments for general users.
